In Ho.; a calthrop with lophate‐ended rays; prefixes mono‐, di‐, tri‐, and tetra‐ show how many rays of the lophocalthrop are lophate, for example, monolophose c. (e.g., genus Placinolopha), tetralophose calthrop (e.g., Plakina kanaky); see also lopho in glossary.
