In D., a microspined, ovoid microrhabd with many forms branched or irregular; shapes may be termed centrotylote rhabds, rods with side branch(es), round balls, cross‐shaped, or rarely polyangular/aster‐like (e.g., subgenus Calthropella [Pachataxa]).
